Hill – Pay
Newtool VN will exchange new goods for customers in the following cases:
The product is not the right type and model as the customer ordered
Not enough quantity, not enough set of goods as specified in the order
External conditions are affected such as peeling, broken, dented occurs during transportation, …
Failure to meet quality such as: expired, out of warranty, inoperable, objective damage within the warranty scope of supplier, manufacturer, etc.

Insurance
I. Warranty conditions:
– Have warranty card/warranty card and warranty stamp with warranty period (no sign of scraping, erasing, tearing, …)
– Damage is determined due to the manufacturer’s technical fault.
Newtool VN will refuse the warranty in the following cases:
– For loose tools purchased in quantities of less than 100 pieces.
– There is no warranty card, expired warranty card or torn, broken, repaired or no information in the company’s archived data warehouse.
II. Warranty periodThe warranty period is the time printed on the attached warranty card or fixed by Newtool VN
III. Warranty method– If the above conditions are fully met, components, equipment and accessories will be warranted for free during the warranty period.
- Defective goods within 07 days from the date of sale of the product will be exchanged for a new one.
